I’ve been a long time follower of Michael Burns both from my many years in software sales and in my private consulting business. Once a year Michael comes out with a CRM Survey in CA Magazine that highlights some of the trends in CRM. Last year Social Media was the trend with Social CRM leading the way. This year what’s trending in CRM is vertical solutions, mobile applications, xRM (which means CRM for everyone, not just customers), document management, analytics and aggressive pricing.
